IrfanView
The Irfan View was made for Windows as an application for viewing graphics. Users can also modify the color depth, do a batch conversion and edit a multi-page TIF.
This program is multilingual, can do print, drag-and-drop options and can show graphics in either thumbnail or preview. It can also support different file formats and is compatible to the Adobe Photoshop filters. It too can serve as a multimedia player and can view the directory with a breeze.
